Poker Aces references two aces dealt pre-flop. It is the strongest possible pre-flop hand inholdem Poker. But regardless a great many players end up on the losing end when dealt these cards.

When you are dealt a set of Aces, you just do not drop out before theflop. You are sitting with the greatest achievable hand at this part of the game. So how do you bet with Poker Aces ? Do you simply go all-in? I would say definitely no to that.

Remember, you are trying to generate as much money from this strong position. You will want to maximize the opportunity. Going all-in will merely scare most gamblers into dropping out without placing a bet.

If you are in the initial seat (1st or 2nd to place a bet), you’ll lay a single bet. Anyone with a good hand will call, with luck someone will raise. If someone has made a raise don’t jump to re-raise or call, pause for a small bit – make them think you’re considering your options and then call.

Following the flop your tactic will be to get rid of anyone that might be able to get a straight or a flush. So I would begin to raise boldly, if you are fortunate you’ll trick 1 player into thinking that you are bluffing.

If you’re in the center or late position (one of the last to cast your bet) you will watch as everyone calls and then raise. Even with you sitting with a pair of aces, if possible try to avert a show-down. Protect your hand by forcing others to drop out after the flop. If you don’t drive out your opponents you chance squandering your hand.
